Cat attacking my puppy - help me

Oh,he is making great headache to me. Whenever he(cat)finds my puppy alone he attacks him. He is so small that he can't attack back or even prevent it. Tell me what to do with tese guys?

All I can think of is supervise them at all times (and when you cannot, keep the puppy in a crate, that helps with housebreaking as well) or keep them separated in different rooms until they get used to each other. Babygates comes to mind to block off rooms as that is what I'd do with two dogs that don't get along but I suppose a cat would just climb or jump over a gate.
