What can you do to make the following math question right with 1 straght line? You can not mess with the = . 5+5+5=550

Add a line to the first "+" to make it into a 4. 545 + 5 = 550 I hope that's right!

Yes You guessed it right!!! You could have added the line to either of the plus signs to make a four and get the same answer. Great Job!!!

HA! I may suck at math but I rock at brain teasers. There should have been a class on that in high school, it would have compensated for my grades in Algebra! Thanks for the mental workout!

I think the question is what is 550 devided by 3 seeing how you cannot mess with the answer. 183.3+183.3=183.3=550 However, I may not be understanding the question correctly. I am not too good with math. :)
