There are lots of people from all around the world here. So i am wondering some spacial food receipts . You don't have to describe all detailed but what is is made of and what does it go good with? In my country Turkey people like to make lots of spicy food. Well i have to admit that i love spicy food too. And one of the famous food in here is Karniyarik which close meaning is chasm. We need eggplant for this food. All eggplants fries in vegetable oil and open a big chasm on all eggplants. And fill it with roasted ground meat, onion, green peppers and some other spices like red pepper, black pepper, salt and a little garlic. and put it oven to bake. And it is ready to eat. Just enjoy. If you want to make it without meat you can use olive oil and should be served cold.

the philippines is composed of several provinces, and pratically in every province there are specialties, like for the bicol region they're known for hot and spicy foods and use a lot of coconut in their cooking; laguna is known for their pastries like buco pie; ilocos region is known for their vinegar out of sugarcane and their ilocos longganiza (sausage), the visayas is known for their chicken inasal (chicken barbecue) and in mindanao their fish products. i can go on and on but the most popular is the chicken pork adobo.

WOW!!U.S, New England, Pakistan, Phillipines , India -amazing mix here. Indian food has immense variety and involves a bit of labour too. Sambar is a gravy that is made of Dhal and sambar powder, turmeric, vegetable and tamarind water. A slightly diluted version is the delicious rasam which most people drink like soup. Steaming hot rice with sambar, rasam, a vegetable fry and some greens, papad ,curds, make a complete simple South Indian Meal. A north Indian plate boasts of pooris or chapathis made of wheat flour along with appropriate side vegetable dishes, dhal, curds, etc. They make a variety of dishes using Paneer[broken milk]There is a mind-boggling variety of Indian food items. I am speaking from the mere vegetarian angle. You ask people who specialise in non-veg, I am sure they will also come out with a similar answer. Basically, there is plenty of combination, and labour.

Yum! That sounds delicious. In my area of the US there are alot of people of German descent that are called Pennsylvania dutch. They make pies with molasses called shoe fly pie (not a favorite). Pork and saurkraut (shredded cabbage that is sour) over mashed potatoes is another popular dish.
Of course if youre closer to Philadelphia you have the Cheesesteaks!

wow....that's something....i think i have to try one of that... here in philippines we eat rice in every meal. so viand is the one that completes the meal.... we have our very own chicken tinola and pork and/or chicken adobo.... yummy both... tinola is a chicken dish with soup....it's a staple of filipino cuisine and its basically a ginger chicken stewish soup.you should try this http://www.montefin.com/diet/low-carb-recipes/filipino-pinoy-chicken-tinola.html
its great while the adobo is a dish which can be chicken or pork. this dish is an original filipino recipe which became famous in San Francisco, USA. It doest spoil right away... you can see details here http://members.aol.com/Rgyang/adobo.html
