Yes, i do take vitamins and other supplements.
I have many multivitamins and consume some omega-3 from salmon liver.
Yeah, its better to consume vitamins and minerals from natural source but i have no time to go to market to buy many kinds of fruits and cook salmon fish. ehehehe

yeah i agree with you.i don't believe in taking synthetic laboratory made vitamins in the form of pills.i try to get them from my diet itself.moreover we have got such a vast nature with lots of vitamins and nutrients in natural form that too in plenty.then why to go for those vitamin supplements?
some months back my doctor advised me to take more of calcium in my diet.but i didn't chose the calcium pills rather i increased my calcium intake in my diet.i am a bit lactose intolerant so i couldn't eat those dairy products.but cheese was fine.with that lots of vegetables,fruits,nuts,r\oranges,brocolli,seaweeds,okra,sardines and many more worked for me.even i am continuing them now also.and i wish i don't have to take those vitamins supplements anyday.
