Rumor has it Frank Parker (Grampa Shawn) has been fired.....and will last air in the next couple of months.He is not expected to be the only casualty of the DiMera/Brady war. Attention "Phloe" fans:Insiders say that DAYS is working on getting Nadia Bjorlin (ex-Chloe) back for a story with Jay Kenneth Johnson's,Phillip.Bjorlin last appeared in 2005,when Chloe married Brady and moved to Europe.A show spokesperson says,"No comment at this time."

Well - it's not like Shawn has been in that many episodes for some time anyway- however I do really like him- now Caroline Brady - I liked her too - but it seems as if she has had some work done to her face and she looks weird and kind of creepy. There are some on days I'm kind of sick of Marlena and John being two of them. Some of these new comers too are really not worth watching like Jeremy and Stephanie, I like Max but his story line is lame. Basically Days needs to pick up the pace of this show if they would stop dragging their feet they wouldn't have a ratings problem.

Yes,she does look creepy.....it looks like she had some dental work done as well.I never liked Marlena or John and wouldn't miss either if they left.

Marlena is too much of a goody goody- she just annoys me... and I thikn John thinks he's Clint Eastwood with that squinting he does and the way he talks....give me a break.

With every turn of event that happens on this show - someone is always FIRED or let go. I hated the fact that they got rid of the original Belle & Sean Douglas. The turn around on this show is always a bit shocking when someone new comes on, but I really enjoyed seeing Chloe and actually hoped she and Brady would return one day... guess she is the only priveledged one. Wonder where "Brady" is these days?

I feel the same way,GP Shawn still has a lot of stories to finish up......I'm hoping Chloe will be the one to get Philip busy and away from Shelle

Grandpa Shawn did nt have a big roll any ways and I think he has been sick he didnt look good last itme he was on UI reas Chloe was to come back so I guess we will see

Grampa Shawn is fired! Well I won't miss him beacuse he haven't been onthe show as much lately. Yay, Chloe is coming back, I love her, she is such a sweet person. But I diffently don't want to see her in a story with Phillip. What happpen to Brady, they were such a cute couple. Thanks!

Those changes don't sound good to me at all. Grampa Shawn belongs on the show more than some of the newcomers. And I would rather have Chloe and Brady stay living happily ever after.

That is sad, that he will be gone. Whatever happened to Brady, did he go to to Europe with her? I cannot remember.

I will miss GP Shawn but we don't see him anyways.Yes,Brady and Chloe went to Europe after they were married to start a new life.
