Being a traveller, I always have a list of specific sites/spots to be explored in the city, like London. Personally, everytime I visit London, I make a point to visit the Buckingham Palace, National Library, Millenium Bridge, London eye, and Abbey. How about you, do you have your top 3 attractions in London area? In few words, explain why these places have attractions to you or highly recommended for others to visit, and still the excitement to visit them are still there.

The place I've been to nearly every time is St James's park. I love walking around, watching people, taking pictures of birds, eating a cake in one of the cafes.
Apart from that, I don't have one thing I go back, I try to do new things every time I'm there since it's such a big city with a lot of things to do. One of my best days out was going to the London Wetland Centre. It's a bird watching centre quite central in London, so it's quite weird. You have bird-watching towers and then housing blocks in the background.

My favorite place in London is the Texas Embassy located near St. James St. and the Clarence House where the Duke of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall reside, officially. The actual building is now owned by Berry Bros and Rudd a wonderful winery shop. If you go to the shop ask about the history of the building, it is an amazing story. As well they have an original scale, human sized, for weighing the patrons back in the day and some of the original books where these records were kept.
After that visit it is always nice to get some Tex-Mex from the Texas Embassy Cantina just short walk down toward Trafalgar Square. Great food and so unexpected overseas! Then it's off to Westminster Abbey to look at one of the most amazing cathedrals I have ever seen!

Well I always have to ride the tube because it's a great way to get around but it's kind of fun too. I always go to the British Museum and the Tower of London as well.
