how do you see the intake of women in the defence forces??

No!i dont htink the intake of women in army is less as army strictly follows its code of conduct and selection; the lower number of women in the army is maybe due tom lack of interst among them in joining the defence sector.

If a woman can handle the job there is no reason why they shouldn't. There are many women capable. My sister is a Sargent in the US Airforce, has seen action more than once and will retire in about a year after 25 years of service. She does admit it is a lot harder for a female.

I believe women in the military is fine. I was one in the Navy and several of my female friends were and are in the Army. I have to say though that some women ruin it for the rest of us by using "I'm a woman card" to get out of things. What do you think about women in the Army?

It is all nation practice and there are advantages to have women in army for certain area of works. For example for administrative and managerial level. As army obliged to keep peace for every nation. And its functions not only at war but for public society in one country.
