Hello there. Just need some tips in getting more fair skin? As a child, I have fair skin, but now I think my skin ain't that smooth and fair enough. Have you heard about Gluthathione? It claims to have effective results for fairer skin. Is that effective though? Here's a picture of the product, click it if you haven't seen it yet.

I borrowed this book from my local library called Natural Japenese Beauty. In it the author describes how bush warble droppings (yes bird poo) has been used for years as a beauty treatment. You can search for it on the web and buy it. The author said that she got the small packet and applied it to her face with some water, it smelled awful, but the results were amazing, tigher pores and skin,. and her skin was much brighter! The droppings contain enzymes that naturally bleach skin. Also Adzuki beans that you can get in the Asian section in the grocery store are roasted in a dry pan and ground. Stored in a airtight container, mix with a bit of water, they are also supposed to exfoliate and brighten the complexion. I have not tried the poo, but I would. And I keep forgetting to buy the beans wile at the store!

WHOAH! That was the very first time I've heard of a POO being used and applied on the face. If I'll first imagine it, I think I'll vomit first even before I finished applying it (since you've said that it has AWFUL smell). hahaha I'm scared of trying that, maybe I'll just try that if I get to find a friend who will be trying it first for me. Then if I'll see positive result, then I'll try it (maybe). hehehe About the bean, that's also interesting. I've heard of so many food products that may be converted as skin care products. In particular is the "oatmeal + calamansi (lemon)". It really produced positive result in my face. Many have noticed that my skin was glowing naturally (even without a blush), which I think is something that is suited for my skin type. ~_^
