Recently I've been thinking of going on a diet to lose weight. I've also thought about getting in better physical shape. What diets out there work well for others? What diet or exercise plans would you suggest?

I don't think diet is just best way how to loose weight.I think in generally maybe you should started eat more fruits and vegetable and add some excercise also.I just don't trust all those diets, who promise you loose some weight.
When I was at college I gain a few more pounds, like 20 and then I started hate myself, because I cannot look to the mirror.But all those diet say, I cannot each chocolate or some other think, what I really like.So I just started excersice and I eat with meet only vegetable(but no potatoes)I don't like them so much, because this was the best choice for me.I really loose weight and I have been nice skiny for 2 years and I am eating everything, just(no rice and no potatoes)Or If I eat them , maybe one s a month.Plus I find excercise, which fit rich for me and I really enjoy it.

I've been following a low carbohydrate diet, which has worked well for me. I lost 17lbs in the first two weeks, without exercise, which was mainly water, I know, but I was very proud at having lost it. The loss steadied after that until after seven weeks, I had lost 30lbs, still without starting any exercise, as I have to be careful what exercise I do. However, I will use weights and my exercise ball and band to reduce and tone areas which need it most.
