Hi ssh123! I don't like pursuing rivalries because it tend to stress you and most of the times cloud your judgement. If it is a healthy competition why not but if it reaches the point wherein rivals become bitter and destrucive to one another, then I don't think whatever you are competing for is not worth it. I sometimes fell envious of people's good luck or good fortune but that is just it, no heartaches over it or I won't lose sleep because of it either. Sometimes I just wish I have some kind of life that they have or the kind of fortune that they have but not to the point that I will hate them for that or will I be discontent with what I have. I do sincerely feel happy when people experience something good in their life. Just my thoughts. Take care and have a nice day!

It doesn't make sense to feel envy. It is better to work hard to gain one success after another without staying there doing nothing but feel envy. You have to set an aim for yourself and reach the aim instead of staying there doing nothing and complaining. No pains, no gains. I would always try my efforts for my ideal and great aim in life.

I do not develop rivalry though I do not like some people nor I would like to envy them. By doing so, I can keep my mind clear.

Hi Sadaananda, I doun't usually judge a guy for whether he/she is good or bad, but it happens that I dislike a kind of persons who don't treat people with politeness and modesty:)
