difficult people, how do u deal with them?

we cant help it that there are those type of people-- the difficult ones and hard to manage. everytime i do pep session with these types, i tend to prepare myself for the worst. expect for negative reactions and eyebrow elevating instances. my patience gets so thin that at one point, i almost shouted. good thing i didnt do it, whew!
