Let's look at PTCs from an advertiser's view

Many of us earn money from PTCs.
But, is PTC advertising good enough for advertisers?
I am sure most businesses will not be able to reach to targeted people through PTC advertising.
Few, like, make money online schemes, PTCs, affiliate programs might get some leads.
What do u think?
