Thanks this will help me alot. I had made up some charts myself, but looks like this site has alot to offer. Can't wait to see how having some more of the right tools will help me out.
I started my weight loss plan 2 weeks ago and have lost 4 pounds so far. Its not much but its a step in the right direction!! Now only 60-75 more to lose!!

I looked at this, and it's kind of fun. Got it bookmarked, and will use it!
Just a little fact... 30 min. of walking actually STILL burns more calories than 2 hours of watching TV. (217k vs. 211k.) Thought that was pretty interesting. :)
