Nope, as long if you smoke in open air and don't bother anyone, they should allow it.

If you mean COMPLETELY ban it as in getting rid of ciggies all together then absolutely NOT....What i do in my home, on my property, in my car etc is nobodys damn business..If I want to smoke (and I do, have been for over 25 yrs) then I should have to right to smoke...
