I now work 4 Transcom, who R They?? Anyone?

Yup I came into work on Monday and there was a big memo telling us all we had been sold the cheque is signed and we now work for Transcom. So I've been trying to research this new company. It is European... and yes, I've gone to their web site but it's a shiney, friendly, happy little web site that only tells you what they want. I mean I really want to know what they are like. Has anyone heard of Transcom? I tried to google and look it up on Wikipedia and all I got was USTranscom which by all looks is a US governmental defensive military thing and ummm well.... that CAN'T be it. LOL I sell phone service for pete's sake not grenades lololol anyways! I just thought I'd see if any mylotter on here had heard of this company or works for this company it would be great to get an insiders view. I mean I am terribly worried about this shift. Am I going to lose my job? Is it going to get harder? Will I lose my benefits but hey... will I get a retirement package? Will I get more paid vacation? I don't know an di completely fear the unexpected especially when it comes to the work that gets my son food for his belly, if you know what I mean.
