My mother-in-law pass aways last April 2007 due to brain cancer. She left with a last will and testament, but still with her who is miles aways from my husband. We don't know the rights of my husband because he is illegitimate child. What if he wasn't included on the last will of her mother? If you were in his shoes are you going to pursue and fight for your right of just let the last will decide for your rights?
