i have a friend who worries about his health a lot. He experiences heart palpitations in the morning. Though his doctor says that its just because of the rise of adrenalin hormone in the morning, he still worry. he no longer eat pork or anything that he thinks will cause high blood

I used to have heart palpitations. One day it was so bad I had to turn around and go back home as my heart raced for about an hour. Another time I was in the bathtub, home alone and was afraid I wouldn't be able to get out. I have a suggestion for your friend. I went to see a heart specialist about this and he gave me a solution which works great. Lie down on your left side (the side your heart is one) and push like you are having a bowel movement. This will stop the heart palpitations. In fact, I find I don't even have to lie down to stop them when I get them on occasion. I just push and the heart goes back to its normal beating. Tell him to try that and let me know if it works for him.

Being careful is good but to go beyond limit and to think about it each time you eat something, I don't agree.I take care of myself but not too much.We are here to live and enjoy but that doesn't mean that we should forget to live and eat.

hypochondriacs!!!!hard to reason with them. just let them be. most of the time they will come to their senses. just look at the brighter side, he's concious of his food intake now. that's a plus factor.
