Delicious Adobo recipe......

For Filipinos out there, do you have a special trick when cooking adobo? I know the basic ingredients of this Filipino dish but somehow it just does not taste like I wanted it to be. Care to share how you cook your adobo recipe? Many thanks!

the process of cooking adobo is the same all over. its the vinegar and soy sauce one use makes the difference. stay away from using the commercial cheap vinegar, try using delmonte vinegar. and put laurel, and peppercorns.

Since this food is orioginal from our place, I believe that lots of our fellow filipino knows how to cook it. Of course with having all the recipes, we have different procedure on hot to prepare this dish!;) Others prefer to sautee it first, some would just mix all the ingredients and leave it to boil then simmer for the flavors to stick into the meat. But for me, I just add some pineapple extract and the chunks to make it more natural and healthy!;)
