I dont know why i am like this..........?

I am mentally depressed, i dont know what makes me like this? I hate everyone including me. I dont like to speak with any one. I like to be alone and to be sad. My mind is not set free , it keeps think about something which affect me totally. I cant say a single reason for my sadness. I didnt know what totally happened to me. If i say to my husband, he say stop thinking. But i cant, its not in my hand.Even if i am recovered, the same thing occurs after few days.
