Why people join to form a group of people (tribes or nations) and than fight

From years after years, most peoples all over the world group themselves as one tribes, nations etc. But after they united as one tribes or nations, they fight with other group of people. What do you think about this phenomenon....

In my opinion,these people are always unemployees,if they are busy with their work,they will not have time to do bad things.In addition,this phenomenon reflects that our society is not perfict.Therefore,the root is the system of our society.
