hi there, i hope i am not dampening your enthusium for ID. no doubt ID is a wonderful couse (like your other topic). but i've went through the course, and realise it's not a relaxing job.
when there's deadline and projects to rush, you have to stay up for nights and days. my final presentation, i've stayed up for 3 nights. i cannot take it. i know instantly, this is not the life i want later on when i graduate. thus i give up at the final presentation. although it was pity i've went through the 3-year course but didn't get my certificate, i don't feel too regret. as i've found my goal n motivation in my life after that.
so be prepared for hardship, be hardworking, & you can survive, make a name of yourself one day. (like my classmate, now she is quite famous in Singapore, Event line)
oh lastly, it's a well-paid job! thus, the amount of sweat = the salary you earn.

Decor is in my blood thought I dint persue it as a course. I like designing my house with nice designs and colour blends. My friends always tell me to do it as a career but I dont feel like it. Hanreq, it good to hear the dreams you have for your house. It is a well paying job but it needs a heart and time. Work hard and you will reap the fruits.
Good luck.
