We have seen how important it is for your happiness that your self-image corresponds to reality. But for you to realise what the reality is, you have to be honest with yourself. It you are not honest with yourself, you can go on fooling yourself and you can never face reality. So you will continue to lead a miserable and unhappy life. To face reality, you must take an honest look at yourself. On the other hand, there are some people whose self-image is so low that it does not reflect their real potential. In our country, we find some housewives, who are quite gifted, never venture out to realise even a part of their potential. There are several socio-economic reasons for this, but the failure lies in their not wanting to realise their potential. If you have such problems, you must get over them and try, not to live below your possibilites.
