Knowing English well is equivalent to a college degree.

for me, i think knowing English well is equivalent to a college degree? how many of people agree with me? because English used as the intermediate language for the people in this world, so knowing well in English one can manage their life as long they will?

I agree with nrsatish29. Just knowing how to speak english is good, but it's know where near the equivalent of a college degree. Because you can manage your life, doesn't mean that you would have the same knowledge about a particular field as someone who went to school for years to study it.

yes, english language is must to learn for good jobs,
now a days english talking is more worthy like in interviews for good job in big compenies,
who comunictes in english he/she will be more respected at every where......
hindi is our indians national language but ENGLISH IS INTERNATIONEL/GLOBEL LANGUAGE
