The way I see the satisfy life contain these procedures:
@Count your blessing.
@Practice acts of kindiness.
@Savor lifer's joys.
@Thank a mentor.
@Learn to forgive.
@Invest time and energy in friends and family.
@Take care of your body.
@Develop strategies for coping with stress and hardship.
This is my view,what about you?I want to know your opinion.Thanks in advance for your response.
