it can go both the ways as the time is to be calculated in the reference of celestial moving objects, 4 example the sun is not seen 4 a while the other time it is seen in the east the other time in the west. all these happenings dont take place together, hence time is continously moving. the otherway thought is that as u can never go to past nor to future and u r always happen to live in present the time is hence never moving note: this is not to consider certain thing correct and other one wrong but these r only different ways and arts of thinking one thing is certain that the most important time for every being is the present one.

But aren't we always travelling to the future, as in the sense of moving away from the present. For example, take 2010. I think we are closer to that today than we were yesterday. So I think time is flowing.

As the air blows the time also flows. Its so quick in its routine that the day passes by so quickly. The working people will be the best to know this, they go on duty in the mirning and come back in the evening.

Yes, of course. Time is flowing. It does not look behind. It does not care the some one. Its work is flowing, flowing and flowing. The tick tick of watch or wall clock is the voice of its flowing speed. It is flowing unconsciously. It is flowing like sand in your hands. And being mixed with the sand of the desert of past. None could stop its flow. But those could catch it who knows to run with the speed of time.

Thanks for responding. Only when we could run at the speed of light then can we catch time.... cool!
