I know how you feel I am 8 weeks now, but last time I had acne on my back. Not the same as for you. I understand you want it away now!! 9 months is a long time to feel unattractive. I would try buying a nice bottle of witch hazle and using that a few times a day as an astringent. Lavender oil is a good one to try, also rosmary, but you need to be careful with rosmary during regnany, also toothpate has worked for me in the past, its good put it on and leave it for a while it drys em out real good!! I am going to see what else I can dig up for you!!

Ok I have a freind who gets bad acne, as a gift I bought her this book, the acne cure. I called her to have her remind me, and the treatment in the book went as follows First you wash face, the apply a warm wash cloth, then you would apply the medication benzoil peroxide, but in your case it suld be the mild astringent like witch hazle, then apply ice packs, or a very cold damp cloth you have left in the freezed in a plastic bag so it stays nice and clean. The warmth opens the poores so the astringent can get in, the the cold packs calm skin and reduce swelling, the cool packs stay on for 10 minutes with a cloth so the freezing wont irritate the skin. use an oil free moisturizer. I hope this works and the time you spend resting during the treatment cant hurt either!! Good luick

I think that maybe it is the makeup that is making trouble to your face? It is better to be cautious as to makeup. This is one reason. Besides, you know, when women are pregnant, sometimes you can see them on the face some acne, which seems normal. The acne will be gone after some time.
