Do you drink 8 glasses of water a day?

Today i have read an article that tells about the 8 benefits you can get from drinking 8 or more glasses of water a day. Now it make me think does people really drink up to 8-10 glasses of water a day and i ask my self do i drink 8-10 glasses of water a day to keep my body healthy. The article tells about the healthy benefits that you can get on drinking water. Do you people think that drinking the right amount of water really makes us healthy or do it have a good benefits on us?. Well i think drinking proper amount of water make us healthy and does have a good benefits on us. What do you think?.

If the water is there at your fingertips, you do not have to get up and go to the kitchen or the water fountain all the time. You can still work on the computer, reach for a glass, and take a sip before you are thirsty. And people will see how productive you are. You are killing two birds with one stone as they say.

Yes I do.
Water is just about the only thing I drink. Water is the best thirst quencher, it feels you up, it cleans out the body and it's just good.
Many people lose site of that and I love when I see little children asking for water... it's so weird at times but something great for a child to know now.
