I want to promote my website by adwords.I can pay a max of $ 0.01 per click.

Is it feasible? Or do i have to increase the price for the clicks? Pls help..i'm really striving hard to popularise my website a bit,if not very much..

The last time I used Adwords, I think the minimum ppc was $0.05, correct me if I am wrong or the minimum has gone down. Hope this helps.

Not possible with adwords. You can try MIVA, Obeus.
