This was in the news today: WILLS POINT, Texas-- Entomologists are debating the origin and rarity of a sprawling spider web that blankets several trees, shrubs and the ground along a 200-yard stretch of trail in a North Texas park.
~Herbert A. "Joe" Pase, a Texas Forest Service entomologist, said the massive web is very unusual. "From what I'm hearing it could be a once-in-a-lifetime event," he said.
THATS ON BIG WEB!!! Would you go near it?? I think I would to get a picture.

Not that I'm all that fond of spiders and their webs, but I have to admit that that one is pretty darned cool! It really does look like a big blanket. But I'm happy looking at the picture of it....I don't think I would want to get close to it for real. I'd get the creepy crawlies! LOL
