This discussion is for all the filipinos who can relate on this issue between Willie Revillame host of Noontime show in ABS-CBN (Wowowee) and Joey DeLeon host of Noontime show in GMA7 (Eat Bulaga).
The issue started more than 1week ago that according to the video, what was happened in WOWOWEE was an ANOMALY.
To know more about this issue.

I think it is not intentional to make that error in the show. Moreover, it is not Willy's intention to make that error. Maybe he was just mis-informed by the staff or the staff did make an error. I know that Joey has the right to comment of what happened but it does not mean that he should say it as "daya". He is old enough and more people have a high respect with him so he too is also responsible not to make such judgement especially on air. Being a media personality they should learn how to be a good model to the public, not to make as a bad example, especially that more children are watching the show. So, does this mean that if a person does commit an error you will scrutinize that person. I think that is not good.

It is still one error of their staff. And I think we should learn to appreciate the effort of this people to help. Unlike those people who just keep on giving negative comments and who does not even know the meaning of helping for the poor. And I think that error in my own term happens rarely. And why would they do it in front of the television when it is too obvious? What it is for to make their ratings low, when they even want to make it higher? When you say "nalito lang yun staff" the one who arrange it. pano ka malilito kung iilang box lang yan? Napakababaw." Why? I would ask you are you perfect to not commit any mistake?
I am not also a fan of the two. And I am not saying that Willys crying in front of the public in his show is good. But even if the term "daya" does not come from Joey but he still repeat it and on air in his show.
I just hope we keep on helping each other for the better of our country and for the world. Not to make any negative judgements.

have you heard the explanation by Willie? He said that "nalito lang yun staff" the one who arrange it. pano ka malilito kung iilang box lang yan? Napakababaw. Actually the "daya" issue did not came from Joey De Leon.. It was from youtube, and he was just quoting it. You would say na I'm just a fan of Joey. I wouldn't deny it.
I have a friend who's a part of ABS, who said that it's possible coz the gameshow before wowowee which willie also hosted, did the same thing but it was more discreet.

Considering the track record of Willie... i personally do not like him because i don't think he is sincere in the things that he is doing in his noon time show... I really felt disgusted when i saw him crying infront of national tv, appealing to the pity of the people and condemning Joey de Leon... well, with this kind of issue the real losers are the viewers and the winners are the two giant tv channels because this will definitely boost their rating...

Well Willie is deceiving the people, maybe because he's still a novice! CREDIBILITY is gained not by how much money you give to people, besides these money didn't even come from his own pocket's nor even on his mother station's funds.
Fooling the public by voicing out and claiming that you help people is not an excuse, this only shows how ignorant Willie is. Instead of addressing the controversy first, he attacked Joey - who's intention is to correct his mistakes. What Joey have just done, is to rely the message coming from the concerned public. Of course, Willie will not receive any questions coming from his audience because he knows how what these people are up to (people would hate to admit it, but it's the MONEY).
I've been through alot of forums already, concerning this issue and almost every comment I see/read are against Willie.

I've just seen the video this morning through youtube. The Production Head Director explained that there is a design flaw in the segment and I think it is understandable if that really is the case. I think Willie should address the issue first and try to explain how that thing happened before anything else.

I'm sorry if I may sound so bias. But I think Willie is trying to divert peoples attention by harrassing Joey de LEon. he's trying to make "paawa", have you seen his video? he's trying to cry. Nakakairita. He's full of crop.

i totally agree. why did abs-cbn hired him as a host anyway? his style encourages people to be dependent on the show. Have you noticed that almost every contestant have sad stories to share? HIGH RATINGS = BIG PROFIT FOR ABS-CBN.
If Willie "REALLY" wants to help people, why not encourage them to find a regular job?!

I saw the video and its something that willy should explain for coz there are lots of people who watch the show and just left them hanging without explanation.
Its not only joey who complained about it and he is not the issue coz in the first place willie and his flaw should be cleared. It happened a week ago and the management never gave their side until joey wrote it on his column and then here comes willie faking a crying scene. He was crying with out tears and he always do that on tv.

I don't watch noontime shows as my schedule won't allow me. I just knew about it when the story broke lose on the news already. Anyway, I think mistakes are bound to happen to anyhting or anyone, although I could not say for ceratin that what happen in Wowowie was an honest mistake by the stuff. I just couldn't say, I'm not there. And I did not watch the video you linked above too. However, I wish this matter will be resolve once and for all, for the poor Filipinos that trust those two prgrams to help them sakes. And may I add that there is no need for the Senate to resolve this issue anymore, they've got more than a hanful of jobs they should proiritize first.
I admired the response you posted on one of my discussions bro. I hope you'll accept my invitation for friend.
