You are Right and Boss is Wrong

There are so many times when I am right and the boss is wrong, but he refuses to see it my way. I feel like screaming at him, but then I hold on to my temper. i need the job. At times it is soooo frustrating, you want to weep. Does it happen to you all also. I hate to think it happens often.

It doesn't happen to me now but I used to have a boss like that and it was very annoying. Then he would blame the staff when things went wrong which was even worse. There was a very high turnover of employees because no one would put up with that attitude for long.
