Do you care about what other people think about you?

I do really care about what people think about me.Sometimes probably too much.And then of course it hurts.Today is maybe better do not care and just live your own life.But unfortunately I dont know how to do that.

In life I have learnt that it is always better to be careful and live according to norms laid down by society. I do care what other people think about me as we all have to live in society. I do what I want to do within the limits of laws laid down. Beyond that, one tends to make enemies or people who will not come forth to help in times of need.

Yes and No. YOu should care what others think and talk about me, but I do not want them to know that I care. Otherwise they adopt a technique of presenting their idiosyncracies on me through public shouting.

I care about other people, but if they don't like me for what I am, that is ok too. As long as I am happy with the way that I am, I can live with it. I have never been a conformist, and I'm not about to start now. I try not to do anything too radical, although there are many who might look at some of the things I do as a bit strange at times, and that is ok too :P

Hi indiavani, It is good to hear someone say that they love themselves as they are. So many people have a problem with loving themselves. I feel that we must love ourselves before we can truly love another. I too care very much about other people, but have learned that you can't please everyone, and it's pointless to try. I won't say that I don't care what others think of me, because I believe we all need love and understanding. I don't however, let others decide things for me. I do what I feel is best for me. I respect the right of my friends to do the same. Blessings.

hi myloters. hello to indiavani. yup... i'm care with other people thinking about me... because i life in the center of public... but i can care for them thinking which of the fatal problem... for others i don't care and i don't thinking about who / why they thinking like that... i don't care...

yes some times i do care about what people think as it matters a lot specially when we are at work place what our collegues or superiors think about s does matter in terms of promotion.and on personal level also it matters as we humanbeings are social animal who cannot live without other people .

I try not to think too much about what other people think, but yes, I do worry about it a bit. I find it hard not to.

no one should care what people thank about you cause they have there own opion about people you should just do your best to people and love them the way God wants you to

Not at ALL... I am who I am. My husband loves me, my kids love me, and my family loves me. Thats all I need. If you dont like me dont look at me or talk to me then. I know who is importiant in my life and who treats me well. Thats all that matters!!!!

Hi indiavani Well I don't care about what other people think about me .. because that is not my matter of concern .. there are so many things to do in life rather just thinking about what other people thinks about us. If we want to live happily then we should not be concerned about what others think about you.

I think to a certain extent we all care what other people think about us. I dont let it bother me though. If someone thinks negatively about me i just try to ignore it. If you let it get to you that just makes you feel worse about yourself.

I do care about what other think about me. It's one the mirrors of our personality. There are things in us that we dont we have that others are able to see. And I learn from those things. But it doesnt mean that I have to live up to other people's expectations. I do things I love to do as long as I dont end up hurting other people. You just cant please everyone no matter what you do. There is a saying that goes - I am free to dance to the beat of my own drums. I am not in the world to live up to your expectations, nor you're in the world to live up to mine. You are you, and I am I. And if by chance we find each other, it would be beautiful.

Well when I was younger I did care a little about what people thought of me. but I am older lol, I don't care anymore. I am happy with myself.

I don't believe in DON'T CARE ABOUT OTHERS! Because I have realized that to care for others has a significance of life, love and compassion! I also don't care about what other prople think or even told about me! Because I have realized in this matter that without knowing me how any one can judge me or pass comments on me! Well, those who know me, i consider their suggestion, analysis, criticism, recomandation and saying on and about me in the given refference and if found right then i always accept also! I try through this kind of process to get and to understand the identity of myself as well as try to get the difference between ego and self esteem! Because one has to learn about self by this process and i follow that too!

Yes, I care what others thing about me. If I feel they are not thinking good of me, I try to improve myself. I cannot change their thinking, but I can always change myself. Good Post!

In some ways.. Yes! I don't really know if they are people who don't like me, dislike me or even hate me.. But I am a just a bit bothered why they think and feel that way towards me? I am referring to those people who I don't really know and then they judge me for what they see and not really what I am truly. I can't say I don't care what they think. I care for what made them react, feel or think towards me. I am a happy-go-lucky gal who just wants to laugh and talk. I don't do wrong to others. I haven't really proven or know if there's someone who think bad things about me.. But it is certainly possible. I'll just continue myself as me despite some people won't accept me as me.

yes,i do. sometime i care about much when people laugh at me,but i usually do not argue with them and i feel shameful to face them,so it is so bad when someone care about others much.

Well Vani, Let me tell you one thing...If you know what you are worth of then go and get what you are worth and why should you care people who stick a finger on you and say you are no good.......... The people who do are complete loosers in my point of view :) so just be yourself and dont let anybody take an advantage to let your feeling drowned ....Got it Ajay

If the people think and talk about us in right way then i take care of their thinking about me.But if people are wrong then i dont care what they think.Then i took decesions of mine.
