I just went online today and noticed that LUSH has 4 new bath bombs that I have never tried. This is a bit exciting, but I don't want to rush out and buy $20 worth of bath bombs until I figure out if they are any good.
So, have any of you tried these new bombs? How do they smell? And most importantly, do they keep their smell once they hit the water?
Here are the names of the bombs I am asking about:
Butterfly
Haagenbath
Champagne Supernova
Sugar Rush
Any help would be most appreciated. I've read some of the reviews on the website, but I also wanted to get the opinion of my felloe MyLotters if I could. Thanks!

I think I had heard of all of those except for Haagenbath. Unfortunately, I haven't gotten to try any of the Lush bath bombs personally, but I have read the reviews on lush.com of various bath bombs. Sugar Rush sounded like it would be a fun one; it's got glitter and such! :) (In fact, I think that was the one that prompted my fiance to dislike Lush so much... whenever I have glitter anything, it always ends up stuck to him, and he doesn't care for wearing glitter... :) )

I believe Sugar Rush is supposed to smell like Coke or something. I know that can be a turn off for some people, but it actually sounds appealing to me. The reviews I've found so far for this one are kinda mixed. I even checked a little on the forum. Thanks for your comment though.

I have tried three out of the four you are asking about.
Sugar Rush- I really like the smell of this one. In my opinion it smells like Lush's Almond Buttercream. It has a slightly spicy rootbeerish scent to it which I just love. It doesn't have glitter in it. It does have fruity pebble cereal bits in it which sort of get soggy and mushy once they hit the water. They kind of gross me out so I sock this bomb when I use it. If you choose not to sock it.. most of the cereal will dissolve if you take a very hot bath. This bomb turns the water bright yellow. Some people have complained about getting a yellow tub ring and I notice it only leaves a slight ring when you sock the bomb. The ring came off easily with a Mr.Clean magic eraser. The material I use to sock the bomb seems to absorb some of the coloring. You can also get by using half of a bomb (for a med size tub). When I use half I still get a pretty strong scent out of it. I heard someone mention getting a yellow ring around their body but this didn't happen to me. I can smell the scent on my skin after I get out of the bath.
Champagne Supernova- This is my favorite out of all the new bombs. The scent is exactly like Champagne Snow Showers jelly, Champagne Snow Showers perfume and Christmas Party bomb. The scent is very refreshing and citrusy (orange). I don't recommend socking this one even though it contains a TON of paper confetti. To truly experience this one you need to just throw it in the tub. It is a slow fizzing one and it develops a nice froth on the top of the water. (I had problems with it dissolving when socked). The water turns a nice shade of pink and it definitely leaves your skin feeling moisturized once you get out of the bath. I truly hate all the confetti but I will put up with it because the scent of this one is so good. This one does retain its scent in the water but I can't smell it much on me after I get out of the bath.
Haagenbath- I think I like this one (after only one bath using one). The smell is definitely a very sharp spearmint. The chocolate bits are a welcome addition to the bomb although the mint scent seems to overpower any chocolate scent. The water turns a nice pink color. The scent of this bomb is very strong in the water and on you once you get out of the bath. The added cocoa butter leaves you very moisturized.I only used half in the bath and I wonder if a whole bomb would be too overpowering to use. I don't normally like heavy mint scented things but I was pleasantly surprised by my first bath with this one. This is also a slow fizzing bomb which leaves a nice froth on the top of the water. The best part about this one is that their is no glitter or strange bits in it. There is virtually no cleanup once you get out.
