Two Real Brothers .... Is it good to work for one ORGANIZATION??

Well, my younger brother has earned degree in Business Admin and recently joined the same organization where I am working. Surely there are certain rules of each office for induction of staff!
My question is, do you think good of working in same organization? I feel good but having apprehensions, as my job nature is somewhat supervisory level and work in controlling office, whereas he has joined the front office. I feel that I would lest deviate my prime duty due to the realtion~ ..

Yes Aliasad .... this can happen and I don't think there is something wrong! Surely it depends upon the employer and the HR ploicies they have implemented. Also the nature of work place where both are working like it can be a departmental store or a Bank. Both places have different restraints for the Jobians. Thanks!

It depends on the size of the company. If you aren't working in the same office, you may never see each other. I don't think siblings working for the same company in unrelated positions is a big deal. I think relatives coming in to work for the OWNER of the company (this is called nepotism) I think that is bad, because your colleagues may think you were hired on name, and not on credentials.
