Do you think you are alone?

Have you ever think taht you are alone because of teh crazy things you did with your life? You think that you would go to hell when you die because you made lots of sins in you life...
Guys I want you to read this... this is very beautiful...
After living what I felt was a "decent" life, my time on earth came to
the
end. The first thing I remember is sitting on a bench in the waiting
room of
what I thought to be a courthouse. The doors opened and I was
instructed to
come in and have a seat by the defense table.
As I looked around I saw the "prosecutor." He was a villainous looking
gent
who snarled as he stared at me.. He definitely was the most evil person
I
have ever seen. I sat down and looked to my left and there sat My
Attorney,
a kind and gentle looking man whose appearance seemed so familiar to
me, I
felt I knew Him.
The corner door flew open and there appeared the Judge in full flowing
robes. He commanded an awesome presence as He moved across the room. I
couldn't take my eyes off of Him. As He took His seat behind the bench,
He
said, "Let us begin."
The prosecutor rose and said, "My name is Satan and I am here to show
you
why this man belongs in hell." He proceeded to tell of lies I told,
things I
stole, and in the past when I cheated others. Satan told of other
horrible
perversions once in my life and the more he spoke, the further down in
my
seat I sank. I was so embarrassed, I couldn't look at anyone, even my
own
Attorney, as the Devil told of sins even I completely forgotten about.
As
upset as I was at Satan for telling all these things about me, I was
equally
upset at My Attorney who sat there silently not offering any form of
defense
at all. I know I was guilty of those things, but I did some good in my
life
- couldn't that at least equal out part of the harm I'd done?
Satan finished with a fury and said, "This man belongs in hell, he is
guilty
of all I have charged and there is not a person who can prove
otherwise."
When it was His turn, My Attorney first asked if He might approach the
bench. The Judge allowed this over the strong objection of Satan, and
beckoned Him to come forward. As He got up and started walking, I was
able
to see Him in His full splendor and majesty. I realized why He seemed
so
familiar; this was Jesus representing me, my Lord and my Savior.
He stopped at the bench and softly said to the Judge, "Hi, Dad," then
He
turned to address the court. "Satan was correct in saying this man
sinned, I
won't deny any of these allegations. And, yes, the wage of sin is
death, and
this man deserves to be punished."
Jesus took a deep breath and turned to His Father with outstretched
arms and
proclaimed, "However, I died on the cross so this person might have
eternal
life and he accepted Me as his Savior, so he is Mine."
My Lord continued with, "His name is written in the Book of Life and no
one
can snatch him from Me. Satan still does not understand yet. This man
is not
to be given justice, but rather mercy."
As Jesus sat down, He quietly paused, looked at His Father and
said,"There
is nothing else that needs to be done. I've done it all."
The Judge lifted His mighty hand and slammed the gavel down. The
following
words bellowed from His lips... "This man is free The penalty for him
was
already paid in full. Case dismissed"
As my Lord led me away, I could hear Satan ranting and raving, "I won't
give
up, I will win the next one."
I asked Jesus as He gave me my instructions where to go next, "Have you
ever
lost a case?" Christ lovingly smiled and said, "Everyone that comes to
Me
and asked Me to represent them, received the same verdict as you, "PAID
IN
FULL."

I do not know whether the above is a cut and paste. To type it takes hours. I am not alone in this world, always there is someone with me. I do not beleive in hell and heaven. Because I strongly beleieve both hell and heaven are on this earth only. Thanks for detailed information.

That was great! [Only of course it would be "perish" not 'hell' a mistranslation which should read "the grave" - sorry to get technical!]
- That was great! And did you know that "written in the book of life" is only said after all non believers have been resurrected, and have lived through a long (very long) day of judgement / examination of all things..
- Why does the good judge resurrect all the non believers?
Anyway that was a great story. Whoever wrote it did a very good job!:)

This was a lovely post.
I never feel alone in the spirtual sense, I always know God is with me. I don't pay him as much attention as I should though. It's so easy to let life slip by and be negligent of your spirtual life.
Thank you for bringing it and my need of rich spirtual life back into the fore of my mind.

Thats a very good comparison of life (analogy).
Well as for me... even though I have lots of people around me I still feel alone. But whenever I'm wearyor said or felt so much wrath all I do is be in my room at night and light up a candle... I will just stare at that candle and cry.. after that I may feel abit better. I may be in the crowd but I still feel alone but whenever I'm with a candle I feel more accopanied.

It's a good story... But, what does "going to Christ" mean? What does accepting Christ mean? How about, the fact that the Bible (and every religious book for that matter) is full of contradictions and historical innacuracies? Isn't Christ supposed to be in us? Didn't even he say we should pray to the father, and with faith do good deeds?

Awesome answer--thanks for that. Do you believe that moral acting Buddhists, Muslims, Jews, and others are going to Hell for "not believing"?

The part that HE said "Everyone that comes to Me and asked Me to represent them, received the same verdict as you, "PAID IN FULL." is the part that we accept and follow HIS teachings.

There are lots... because people always try to complicate things. To simplify, As long as you do no harm to others and to yourself in whatever quest you have in your life... you are following HIS teachings. and as long as youre making the most out of HIS gift called LIFE... pretty sure youre making HIM happy.

This is very beautiful and thank you for sharing this...I believe it was a disciple of Christ who said in the Bible the things that i want to do i don't, and the things i do not suppose to do i always do.it may not be written just that way but it is a true fact.I have done wrong in my life and so have we all ,but if we confess our sins God is merciful and always ready to forgive us, and he throws it into the sea of forgetfulness, never to remember them again..Its just like our children ,they do wrong but we forgive them and love them, and we are his children...I have often felt alone but in these times i find that i alwys talk to God about my inner feelings..Thank you for sharing this ,it was so beautiful.

This gave me goosebumps. I think it is absolutely wonderful!
To give yourself to Christ takes faith. It is like crossing a street and looking both ways, but it is faith that nothing is going to come out and hit you that makes you take that step. Many people do ask for God to come into their lives, but, they also try to hold onto so much of it themselves and go it alone....we are human and can be very stubborn about what we feel we can do for ourselves. When we realize we can't, Christ is right there where He has always been, beside us, but He has given us a free will to either allow Him in or say, no, I can do this myself.

Yeah I agree with you... though he saved us from the very strat He also gave us the choice... but those who come back to HIM for mercy is always deliver from sin.

Strangely, I don't think I'm alone and that thought does scare me sometimes...especially when I'm in the bathe. No I don't think I'm going to hell when I die because I've accepted Jesus. Too many thoughts to write.

That is a pretty powerful post. It makes us think about what we have done and if Jesus would when the case against Satan for us.Kinda scary to think that at any hour, minute, second our lives could end and we could be their in the courtroom in the hot seat being harshly judged. Thankfully through Jesus we can all have mercy from Jesus and be spared from being Hell bound. Thanks for the discussion I rather enjoyed it. Good day.

At some point of time, when i feel that everything in was going against my wishes, i used to think that i am left alone, but this kinda thing had occured during my early twenties, but now that somewhat i have gained some real good friends with me who always stand with me, and will shoulder the problems.
So the problem of aloofness has been dealt with.

There are points in our life when we feel that we are alone. But from there we will also learn how to have good friends and family who would stand for us. Thank you for your response.

I have always been alone and I have enjoyed loneliness very much. Loneliness is that thing in which you can know yourself better and better.
But nowadays, every place has become crowded. It is difficult to come across a place that is isolated. Lonelines has become almost a dream except in your house.
