poor background

how can one face the day-to-day challenges thats comes from a poor backgroung?
Cos it seems like a torn in the flesh for me to feel the daily challenge that i came from a humble backgroung.
Please can someone tell me how to combat this? THis will go along way in helping others in my shoe
