Itchy Ears and mouth!

Does anyone know what causes the insides of your ears to get itchy and the roof of your mouth to be itchy at the same time? Every now and then I get this problem and I was wondering what causes it. Please let me know if you have any tips to make it stop. Thanks!

Itchy Ears and mouth!
Your "SINUS" need a physiotherapy treatment by using an electro machine called Short Wave Diathermy. Treatment duration normally takes you only 20 minutes. During this treatment process you don't feel any pain....nicely warm.

No, I know it is not lice because it is inside the ears and I also get the roof of my mouth itchy at the same time. Thanks for your response though!
