what is the cheapest way to have a phone,tv and internet all in one?

I have cable for net and tv and vonage for phone seems cheaper to me that way then paying cable company fo it all . but then ya need to check it all out to find what ya like.

nope my cable co is creedy . for just 2 things is over 100$ thats why I would check to see some phone co. have an offer out there too,
