hello everybody. just now i signed in mylot nd i wnt know to how to open an paypal account... plz tell me somebody!!

Actualy I don't think paypal is available to residents of india, I could be wrong though. Just go to www.paypal.com and find the sign up or register link. I'ts pretty straight forward. After you have you account, link it to your checking acount so you can get the money out of it.
