What is the best way to interact with new people,
if you want to start talking with where to start?
what topics to choose? and what things to take care of?

I think that the best way of starting conversation is by telling a person something nice and with the warm and kind smile. That way people will be more interested in communicating with you. I think if you are kind to people than you will have no problem in making new friends.

I guess you are right, but What if people don't want to react as you are talking to them? This is a very difficult situation.
