Ultradian

Are there bipolars here who have been classified as having ultradian bipolar disorder? Those that swing from one pole to the other more than twice in a year's time. I'm diagnosed as such, in fact i can swing within days and its been so hard to find any resource on this, and seems since it is such a small percentage of people they really don't have much suggestions for treatment.
If there is anyone here thats diagnosed with such, or rapid cycling, have you managed to find a combination of meds that have stabilized your illness? Whats combination of meds have you tried? Do you show mixed episodes as well?

I am ultra-radian with mixed episodes. I was just recently diagnosed, and I am still stuck in depression right now. My pdoc has not started me on any meds yet. Just wanted to let you know that you are not alone. I have not found many topics on this type of bipolar either. My son, who is 5, takes Geodon and Clonidine. He is getting closer to stable, but not there yet.
