Which extra features exactly are you talking about?
As far as I heard, there will be no planes in the new one, only helicopters, the map was supposed to be four times bigger than GTA SA but one of my friends told me that that's not true, it might be smaller than GTA, since more emphasis is on the graphics of the game instead.
But I'm optimistic and I like to think that this will be even better than GTA San Andreas and am really looking forward to it. In fact I'm even planning to get an xbox 360 because of it. Well, it's definitely one of the reasons.

wow, that is an awesome site, I checked out the whole thing and was so glad to read this part.

although the gta series lost its respect from me after the hot coffee thingy. it was like 'we-can-do-anything' attitude by rockstar for encoding such a lame thing in the game.
but i am still eager for gta 4 to be released because i saw the screens and read little bit about and i quite liked it. the game looks just beautiful. i dont own any of the next gen consoles yet but this game maybe the reason that i might buy a PS3 later on.
but i hope they wont put something like hot coffee in it and spoil everything again.

well i dont have a ps3 or an xbox 360 yet but when this game comes out i will surely have one of the two. i have always been a huge fan of the gta line and hope this will be a new experience. im sure rockstar will blow us away with this new gta
