have you ever thrown a dinnerplate at the TV?

Are you subject to fits of Anger? What sets you off? Does your temper get the better of you? If so what are you doing about it? Once I got so mad I shot the dog! And all he'd done was worm his way into the barn and eat the pigs heart I had soaking in a pail of water. Can you beat that?

That would make me feel very good - throwing plates. I've done that onto concrete, but not at a TV. I'd like to take a sledge hammer to a computer or an old TV, not my own cause I'd have to replace it. But somehow destroying things like this, or the idea of it gives me pleasure.

I agree, yet it's also good to feel the otherside, that we you know the difference!

I haven't thrown anything at the tv or killed anyone or anything, but I have thrown stuff at my ex, my ex brought the worst out in me! I am usually placid and calm but my ex used to drive me to so much anger that I've thrown a vase, a hot cup of tea and plates at my ex! It was a few moments of satisfaction, my ex is the only person to see the raw side of my anger, no wonder I left the relationship! Saner and happier. But I still need anger management months later

You left the relationship? Takes two to argue! But I'm glad the problem has been solved. Merry Christmas!

Hi there.. Now that wud certainly happen only when u r extremely furious over smthing and the same thing is shown on the tv, right?? But no, I have never done that kinda thing.. I have very big plasma tvs at home and I never wish to destroy them with my fury.. Also, I have never got so furious as to throw anything anywhere.. I m a pretty easy going person...

ok but not all easy-going people are "Lifeless" either. A couple of shots of Rum might revive you......watch out TV!

Hi there. Nasty lol... Ive never gone that over board, where Ive lost control of my anger... Whatever it was that got me annoyed would never be enough to throw or shoot things, I may have gone into silent mode, for an hour of two, but then thats it, I get over it and move on from it, I dont like to feel like that, and nor would anyone around me want to feel the negative vibes...

I know How you feel! Negative vibrations are not pleasant to be around. Most people can get a handle on their emotions, before their negativities get the better of them. Those who can't are prone to commit nefarious crimes to people or persons.

Throwing dishes is a Great exercise! I've got a 32 inch TV and its an easy target. My wife can only hit the screen about 2 out of 3 throws. Shes getting better with practise tho!

I do not thinking beating your story about harming your dog is something to brag about nor is it a competition. Anger is never good, and one of the reasons why we have so many problems as a society. I rarely get angry. I believe in the law of attraction and wouldnt want that to come back to me.

Nope. Never been that angry at TV, but watching the Indian cricket team occasionally makes me feel that way!

wow...no, I can't beat that, I am glad to say. Yes, I have a short temper when it comes to being mistreated, or when I feel as though my few personal rights/freedoms are being infringed upon, but I've never acted out with physical violence. Well, I did get into a fight in school when I was 12 or 13 that could have been avoided, but to this day my face turns red with shame when I think of it.
