i am a new english teacher in China.on sep,3,i will have my first class in my lifetime.i have been waiting for this day to come for a long time, since being a teacher is my dream.i love children, i enjoy the feeling when i work with them. however, recently , after having listening to some speeches made by the autoritities of my school, i began to ask myself such a quesion"why i want to be a teacher".you know,the salary is low, the work is hard.what is most important, a teacher has to shoulder great pressure that one can imagine, esp. for a green hand, like me. i hesitate, even regret for choosing this job. the quesion has no answer right now, only when i begin my teaching life that i can answer you whether i hv made a right choice.
