Can woman has a male friend and not has se6ual relationship

i have a guy friend for many years already.. but we still stick as friends..we never put in mind that one day will upgrade the relationship that we had.. we both like each other.. but we don't want to lose each other.. so we agree, will stay as friends till the end.. co'z we always say "we rather lose a lover than a friend."

well mydear i believe that a man and woman can become a very good friendsits not all the times ends up on the bed.but sometimes isn"t happen while having friendship we become so close to each other that we cant stop ourselves to cool ourselves and commits that course.we dont want but existance of circumstances make this happen.sometimes we have friends for very short period of time of opposite .it doesnot mean we have all the time ends up like the same.yes my dear i too have friends of other s6.but never ends in the bed. but may be infactuation supress us to go for it...................

If man and woman can be friends without relationship, why not like two men or two women. Is there any universal law that when a man meets woman, he should have physical contact with her? There are so many such good relationships, clean and neat, unadulterated!! Rare species indeed.

I also believe it is possible to have male friends and not to fall in love with them. Though I have to admit that when I was a teenager it occurred very often that at least one of us would fall in love. But some of my friendships survived even that. In fact, my best friend and I were a couple when we were seventeen but soon realized that was not what we wanted and, I don't know how, but we managed to just switch back to friendship - and that is working out for about eight years now. So I'm definitely a believer in friendships between males and females.
