Do you floss your teeth?

I'm living on a shoe string budget right now. Now don't be alarmed. I'm still brushing my teeth regularly. But I've had to strike off a few items from my grocery list, including dental floss and mouth wash. I don't know how things are in the west, but here in the third world, these two products are darn expensive. I still gargle with water, but I totally skip flossing. I don't think it has affected the quality of my breath though. This leads me to believe that maybe flossing and mouthwash are unnecessary consumer products. Do you agree?

I have a roll of floss in my bathroom, back pack, and desk drawer at work. I'm kind of a floss Nazi. Also, I east a lot of apples.

Dentist always encourage their patient to use dental floss every after brushing, this help us to control plaque and mouthwash help us feel more clean and our breath to smell good and it help us control plaque and gum protection. Floss and mouthwash helps our teeth more stronger. I used floss once or twice a day after brushing. There are also other floss and products that you can buy in a cheaper price but more effective and safe. Well try to look for that so that you can still keep you teeth good and strong.
