what is the best age you can teach you children about jobs?

we start a parties supplies business and we buy 4 bouncing houses, tables and chairs, I do the food and we bring them to help us to serve the food and installed the bouncing houses, they are 12,14,16 but they buy anything they want, is good deal?

Kool..it must be alot of hard work and determination to discipline your children for work. Well i guess it depends on the maturity of the child you are dealing with but most of all the adults must be hardworking to be good examples to what they become. In another words walk your talk.
