My Living Testimony... what's yours? Share and impact the world!

Hi guys! Have you ever thought of your influence to the people around you? If people would come to know you, what kind of influence do you radiate to them? How is your living testimony impact the world? For many years my life has been a mess, and I live in the darkness and deception of the world. I went to night outs (bars)with friends for drinking liquors. I smoked. I entered relationships that should not be entered. My driving force within me was the force of my flesh. I was uptight and prideful. I was a rebel and became prodigal son before God. But not for long... One day some of my good friends invited me into a Christian Youth gathering. I agreed out of respect. But ever since then God started to work in my life. God sent people to reach me out. It took almost a year before I decided to respond to God's calling in my life when I was in a point of despair and became suicidal because of my overwhelming problems, guilt, and convictions. In the end, I surrendered my life to God. I became broken hearted and learned about Jesus. March 11, 2007 was the exact date when I was born again, not in the flesh but in the spirit when I received Jesus wholeheartedly. Right now, I still have a lot of issues in my life that God is revealing to me that I need to deal with. It is painful at times. But Oh boy, ever since I felt God's presence in my life and understood John 3:16, it's sure worth all the pain. I never felt so much peace and happiness in my life before. I'm happy to say that I am now one of God's children reaching those who are still lost, because personally, I know how it felt like deep inside when you feel the God-shaped vacuum in your heart. As I claim God's Word in my life, I would impact the world by this: "Don't let anyone look down on you because you are young, but SET AN EXAMPLE for the believers in SPEECH, in LIFE, in LOVE, in FAITH, and in PURITY! To God be the glory! ALL FOR JESUS! Jasper
