can paypal be used wihtout a credit card??????

hi....i am a student and new in the field of money making through various websites.....i dont have a credit card or a bank account......please give your valuable suggestions on how to create a paypal account and how to operate it??????and can it be used without a credit card or bank account?????

As far as I know you have to have a bank account and at least a debit card off the account to use Paypal. You might email them and ask if there are other ways to have an account; maybe they will have some ideas for you. Good luck!
