I posted the sad news of a valued Mylot member and her husband's passing a few days ago and have been very touched by all your kind and caring responses. I wanted to thank each of you for taking the time to offer your respect, condolences, compassion and concern.
Tammy was the gal who encouraged me to become a Mylotter and it is hard to conceive that she will never join us in another discussion and I was the one to inform you of her passing. She loved Mylot and some of you knew her...some did not. The fact that you asked for her site address and took the time to go there and honor her memory speaks volumes about the spiritual threads that we experience in our exchanges with each other. I am sure she is smiling from the other side just knowing that you cared enough to show respect whether you had chatted with her or not.
I know many of you are praying for her, her husband, their friends, family and loved ones...and I can say from my personal perspective it has helped immensely. Their service will be held on Wednesday of next week and we all plan to go and celebrate their lives and the good they did and come together for a final farewell. Thank you one and all for your willingness to reach out...and share this journey...it is the amazingly beautiful thing about this on-line community.
May all the good that you have sent this way come back to you...in that amazing 'what goes around comes around' philosophy. Wishing you and yours many light filled blessings..
Warm regards,
Raia

Thank you...I did receive an e-mail from Lord Wizard...and evidently she posted her intent to him on the net. So the circumstances surrounding their departure were put in place by Tammy before she left...so she must be alright with people knowing.
If you have a moment...the post by Pywewacket suggesting members post tribute words on her site is a lovely one. Also the poem he left here for her is very touching...you might want to read it and add a comment. I did...and I may find a way to cut and paste it over to her site somehow...and then I think it will be time to begin moving attention...and our energies away so they can...rest in peace.
We'll keep on chatting...because it is always good to hear from you.
Hugs being sent your way....

Yes it is...and welcome to Mylot by the way. As you can see from discussions and responses on here...this is a truly amazing community of people who quickly become valued friends in ways that are a little hard to comprehend at times. People here become very 'heart-mind' centered towards each other...and these connections are gifts that keep on giving.
Wishing you warm greeting to the wonderful world of Mylot Land.

Ahhh, thank you for that...and I may just take you up on it. As we spend getting to know regular visitors within our individual and collective sites greater levels of trust develop...and it truly is a profound experience. In our regular lives we build bonds by openly charing and caring...that openness and trust and in trust there is love scenario I so often quote. You a a few others here have truly become valued on-line gal pals...and I wish we lived closer so we could exchange phone numbers...and eventually meet for a gabfest over tea or coffee.
After reading your heart wrenching post about the circumstances in your life, the tragic loss of your brother...I know your big heart comes from your ability transform your own suffering into a place of 'sunshine.' So thank you I will contact you by e-mail..it would help to be able to share more of what happened in a less public forum.
Your offer is greatly appreciated...as are your prayers.
Warm and grateful regards,
Raia

Thank You Raia, it's a shame we all can't know you and actually have you in person as a friend. You are a truly devoted friend and the world could sure use more of these type of friends. Not all of us can say that we all have friends that go the extra mile and do the extras that make a friendship strong. Prayers and thoughts going out to the family but also to you and yours. I will definately be thinking about you on Wednesday. Take Care.

I was thinking how great it would be, for those of us who were friends of Tammy to leave a nice tribute comment on her page as a remembrance...while she did respond to a number of my discussions, I only just realize that neither of us had requested each other as friends here..so unfortunately I can't leave a message on her page...I somehow know she would see the messages that are left there...so I did do a tribute to her by creating this on Photoshop and I hope you don't mind my posting it here...It's from a poem by James Dillet Freeman, who was one of the leading inspirational writers connected with Unity prior to his own passing some years ago.
I include it here in this image

Oh Pyewacket...what a lovely idea...to post remembrances on her site..maybe we could do all do it on her last topic...so it will be remain at the top of the discussions page.
The tribute by James Dillet Freeman is beautiful. Are you involved with Unity teachings? I have been throughout my whole life...and they started my on my journety into metaphysically based spiritual understanding. Goodness...we really do need to chat...so many similarities emerging...we are definitely related..if not as real sisters...Soul Sisters for sure.
Anyway, thank you for your loving, honoring ideas to show respect and remembrance for Tammy and her transition to the other side.

I was not a member and did not know of the person you are referring to. It is still a sad state of affairs and I am sure it is hard for all concerned. I will check out her site and possibly come back to post another comment aferwards.
Condolences to you, your husband...and their families.
